Unique & Single-Sized Stock: Our store offers curated, A-grade thrifted (pre-loved) imported clothing, as well as select brand-new pieces. Every item is unique, one-of-a-kind, and available in one size only.

Condition & Sizing: Because items are pre-loved or imported samples, sizing tag labels may vary from standard modern sizing. Detailed measurements, fabric conditions, and item details are provided on each product page. You are responsible for reviewing all measurements and item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

All sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits for sizing issues, change of mind, or minor vintage/thrift characteristics.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives severely damaged beyond the stated condition or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within [e.g., 5 days] of delivery. A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package label, full unboxing process, and defect is strictly required to process any claim.

We ship using third-party logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Trendybees is not responsible for shipping delays, incorrect address details provided by the buyer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
