Thank you for shopping at Trendybees. All our items are unique, single-sized, and carefully inspected before dispatch. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your full shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking
When your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier provider's website.

5. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [e.g., 2 or 3 times]. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please refer to our Return Policy. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required to process any damage claims.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with household members or building management first, then contact us within 48 hours so we can raise an inquiry with the courier service.
